Looking for affordable, high quality health insurance for your employees?
Small business owners face many challenges, including offering health insurance to their employees. In a 2023 survey released by the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), data revealed that cost is the biggest challenge for employers offering and not offering health insurance. Small business owners providing insurance may have to take a lower profit or financial loss in order to cover the cost of increasing premiums. However, not offering health insurance as an employee benefit can put small businesses at a disadvantage as they compete to attract and retain talent.
That's why OSCC is proud to partner with the Bend Chamber in promoting the Bend Chamber Association Health Plan designed to help small business owners offer affordable health insurance benefits to their employees. With over 700 groups enrolled, covering more than 13,000 lives, the plan options are growing and becoming more affordable than ever. In fact, our plans have richer benefits and are often less expensive than most small group plans in the marketplace. If you are a member of your local chamber, you are eligible for this program.
