    The Defend Small Business PAC (PAC 17474) is the voice for the small business. We are committed to supporting candidates who understand the importance of prioritizing businesses and the lives of those who depend on them. 

    Contributions are used to advocate on behalf of small business interests and support legislative candidates who share our commitment to protect local businesses, our jobs and our communities. 

     

  • SMALL DONATIONS MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE


    The Oregon Political Tax Credit* allows you to give a donation to the Defend Small Business PAC and get the entire amount back when you file your taxes. When you donate $100/couple or $50/person to a political campaign of your choice, you can reduce your taxes or increase your refund by that same amount. It's a 100% tax credit, not a deduction. 
     

    Important note: Oregon offers an income tax credit to Oregon tax filers who contribute to qualifying state, federal or local political campaigns. Contributions or gifts to this campaign are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. 

     

    Please note that current Oregon law allows individuals with an adjusted gross income of less than $75,000 — or joint filers with a combined income of less than $150,000 — to claim the Political Tax Credit. Consult your tax advisor for more information.
