    Contributions are used to advocate on behalf of small business interests and support legislative candidates who share our commitment to protect local businesses, our jobs and our communities. 

     

  • SMALL DONATIONS MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE


    The Oregon Political Tax Credit* allows you to give a donation to the Defend Small Business PAC and get the entire amount back when you file your taxes. When you donate $100/couple or $50/person to a political campaign of your choice, you can reduce your taxes or increase your refund by that same amount. It's a 100% tax credit, not a deduction. 
     

    Important note: The tax credit is now only available to single adults with incomes under $75,000 and joint filers with income under $150,000.
